With his training and years of experience, he has knowledge of acceptable cleaning chemicals, their proper use and application using corresponding machines and equipment. He has also background knowledge of electronic repair and troubleshooting, thereby, able to solve immediate problems of this nature as well as supervise and monitor projects accordingly. Perhaps, Mr. Tomas? greatest personal achievement is being able to say, ?I?m not a manager; I?m a leader.?
