JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support Mobilization Leads and Outsourcing Solution Architects on Deal Shape teams by creating response materials
- Support Transition Program Manager in the estimation of costs and developing work plans for a work stream
- Participate in Due Diligence and Service Transition activities
- Apply advanced analytical skills in assessing concepts and alternatives
- Lead a workstream or a defined portion of a Service Transition program and/or plays a key delivery role within a program
- Define, build, and implement workable componentsto Service Transition programs by leveraging existing standard solution components as much as possible
- Adhere to and implement Mobilization methods and tools
- Define detailed costs and benefits of a given solution/workstream of a Service Transition program
- Manage internal/external client relationship within their area of responsibility
- Lead detailed designs and build of at least one workstream component or sub-component working within the guides of the overall Solution Blueprint
- Provide peer review to other service transition activities
- Contribute to Mobilization capabilitiesand the Knowledge Exchange
QUALIFICATIONS:
5 years overall experience with at least 3 years relevant experience in project management or related unit setup experience in an outsourcing, shared services or operations environment.
Should have management experience in Metric-Driven Operations Environment or Project Management
Above average English Communication Skills (Verbal & written). Other language communication skills = nice to have.
Graduate of any 4 or 5 year course. Masteral Degree will be given corresponding weight.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Comfortable under pressure and capable of handling effectively a number of conflicting priorities
Demonstrate initiative, able to identify, resolve, and escalate issues
Essential to be well organized, a multitasker and in control
Strong analytical skills that can recognize unusual operational trends
Proactive, positive minded, requiring minimal direction and guidance
